Dedicated to Wellbeing
CORE Pilates Method was founded in 2017 in Peachtree City in order to support and foster the sense of mindfulness and peace in the surrounding community. Our studio is made up of truly amazing and spiritual people, who have dedicated their lives to spreading the message of mindfulness and health to our clients.
At CORE Pilates Method, we bring a unique approach to teaching and healing — one that is focused on self-inspiration and which embodies the physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of wellbeing through classical Pilates principles. We believe in sharing our beliefs that life should be lived with joy, gratitude, and a dedication to being present in the moment. These feelings inform and guide our teachings, which are focused on helping our clients better connect to themselves, their communities, and to the rest of the world.
We offer a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain your optimal health. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, CORE Pilates Method provides a healing and friendly environment to do so.
Let us show you the way to your best self.

Rebecca's Pilates journey began about 15 years ago, after the birth of her first child.
